The rules of the account
The rules of the account They bind a visit to this website, a new profile, and any stake. Dated 16 October 2026. If these rules are not acceptable, leave the form blank and leave the cashier alone. The privacy policy and the card on each offer join this agreement wherever they apply.
Betzillo Casino: 1. Who is allowed in
You are 18 or older, and you are in a place where the games you pick may be offered. One person holds one profile, in that person's own name. The name matches the identity papers and the rail that pays. A profile opened for someone else, or filled with invented details, can be shut. Multiple accounts opened to stack bonuses are treated as abuse.
Betzillo Casino: 2. Looking after the login
The password stays with you. Play under that login is treated as yours until you tell the desk the login is no longer safe — the Reset password tool on the login form is the first move. The profile may be frozen while identity, source of funds, offer use or a security incident is checked. You may ask for it to be closed at any time, once an open wagering requirement is settled or forfeited.
Betzillo Casino: 3. Money in and money back
Deposits usually start from $30 by card or crypto, and withdrawals open from $50. A withdrawal request is processed within 24 hours and can be cancelled while pending. The rail that pays out carries the same name as the profile. Identity papers can be requested before the first cashout; payments lists the clocks by method, and wrong bank details can add up to seven days while the bank returns the funds.
Betzillo Casino: 4. Optional matches
Every bonus is claimed, not automatic: claim it in Promotions before the qualifying payment. Unless the card says otherwise, the minimum deposit for a deposit bonus is $30, wagering is 40x the bonus amount, pokies contribute 100%, live and table games 3%, and the bonus is valid seven days. Cash is staked before bonus money, and an unfinished requirement locks the withdrawal — forfeiting removes the bonus and its winnings. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings.
Betzillo Casino: 5. Results and mistakes
Game results come from certified random number generators from licensed studios. A round that errors mid-play is settled by the system and any winnings are credited. A misconfigured bonus campaign can be corrected on player balances. A stake made on obviously wrong odds can be voided.
Betzillo Casino: 6. Conduct that closes the profile
- Bonus abuse: multi-accounting, cash stashing, delaying game features until after wagering, or depositing only to grab spins and withdrawing real money before playing it once.
- Collusion, chip-dumping, or use of tools that give an unfair edge.
- Chargebacks on deposits that were played.
- Abuse of staff, or documents that are not genuine.
Betzillo Casino: 7. If you disagree with an outcome
Write to [email protected] with the account inbox, the time and the round or ticket number. The desk answers within a stated period; if you still disagree, the complaint path of the Curaçao licence applies. The privacy policy explains what is stored while this is handled.
