A second set of answers
A second set of answers. These are the questions that did not fit the notes on the home page. Each one points at a longer page if you need the full rule.
Betzillo Casino: How do I claim the $10 free welcome bonus?
It is offered to all new players. Open the Promotions section at the top of the site and press Claim Now — no deposit is needed. Wagering is 40x before winnings can leave.
Betzillo Casino: Why does the withdrawal say I still have wagering to finish?
You cannot withdraw while an active bonus has an unfinished requirement. You can clear it, or forfeit the bonus — forfeiting removes the bonus money and any winnings earned from it. The remaining wagering figure is shown under your active bonus in Promotions.
Betzillo Casino: Which games clear the wagering fastest?
Pokies contribute 100% toward bonus wagering. Table games and live games contribute 3%, so a requirement that takes a hundred spins on pokies would take far longer on blackjack.
Betzillo Casino: How long does a withdrawal actually take?
Requests are processed within 24 hours, and you can cancel while the request is still pending. Once processed, crypto usually lands within the hour; bank rails can take longer — allow up to five working days before writing to the desk. The minimum withdrawal is $50, and payments lists the per-method limits.
Betzillo Casino: I deposited but the bonus never arrived. Why?
The bonus must be claimed from Promotions before the qualifying deposit, and the deposit must meet the $30 minimum. If both were done and nothing landed, contact live chat with the time and amount of the payment.
Betzillo Casino: I want the session to stop. Who do I tell?
Set a time-out of 1, 3, 7 or 15 days in your profile, or self-exclude for up to a year — write to [email protected] if you cannot reach the tools. The support page lists both doors, and Australians can call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 any time.
