When the session should stop
When the session should stop Adults only, and only with money that can be lost. The profile can shut the session if you will not.
18+ only. Betzillo is committed to minimizing the harm of problem gambling; this page lists the brakes and the Australian lines that help.
Betzillo Casino: Age is checked, not assumed
Confirmation of age is a mandatory requirement at registration. A photograph of an identity document can be requested before the first cashout, or earlier if the details do not hang together. A profile that belongs to someone under 18 is shut, stakes on it can be voided, and mail to it stops. Parents and carers should keep login details away from children and can install filter software to block gambling sites.
Betzillo Casino: Controls you can set without a speech
Betzillo's responsible gambling framework rests on three principles: player security, game security, and protection against gaming addiction. The tools below are the player's part of it:
In the profile, or by mailing [email protected], you can ask for:
- Time-out — 1, 3, 7 or 15 days. You cannot deposit or play during it, but you can withdraw any remaining balance. The block cannot be reversed early.
- Self-exclusion — the account stays closed for up to one year. It will not be reopened unless you contact the desk yourself.
- Deposit and loss limits — a ceiling per day, week or month. Cutting it takes effect quickly; raising it takes longer, on purpose.
- Self-assessment tools — a short set of questions in the profile to check whether play is drifting.
Betzillo Casino: Patterns that mean pause
- Chasing losses, or raising stakes to win back what went.
- Playing to escape problems, or while low, angry, or after drinking.
- Hiding play from people close to you, or borrowing money to stake.
- Trying to quit or cut down and not managing it.
If two or more of these fit, use a time-out today and talk to one of the lines below. Limits on bonuses do not pause the wagering clock — set the brake first.
Betzillo Casino: Australian lines that do not belong to this site
- Gambling Help Online — free, confidential, 24/7, phone 1800 858 858.
- BetStop — the national self-exclusion register for Australian-licensed wagering.
- Gamblers Help — counselling and support across Australia.
These services are independent of Betzillo and of this review site. If gambling stops being entertainment, end the session first and read the rest later.
